We are proudly North American! All of our parts are manufactured in North America. We do not sell or endorse cheap overseas imports.

Q: How do I know if this part is the correct one for my vehicle?

ExhaustDR makes it easier than ever to search for the correct part with our advanced search engine. Simply search your vehicle make, model, year, engine size in our search tool to source the correct part.

If you are still unsure and want to confirm 110% please do not hesitate to contact us immediately with your VIN# to source the correct part for you.

Q: I bought the part, how long before you ship it out to me?

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Please do allow 2-day handling time to process your order. On average it takes us less then 24 hours from time/date of purchase to get your item out to the post office! Most items arrive within 5 business days, and some may take 7-10 business days depending on location, holidays, or postal disruptions. Please refer to our Estimated Delivery Times for specific shipping estimates to your State or Province.

If you require an express or expedited delivery service, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can have it arranged for you.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

Normally there is very limited time to cancel the order because the order is forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order confirmation process is complete. To check whether an order can be cancelled or not please send us a message immediately.

Once the processing of the order starts and the order has been assigned a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can also initiate a return, with the unopened package, once you receive the package for a full refund by visiting our Returns & Replacements Portal.

Q: I got my part in the mail and it doesn’t fit, what should I do?

First inspect the package thoroughly to ensure that it is not damaged or tampered with. Please report all issues with packaging and shipping immediately.

If you would like an exchange please send us a message through email or live chat so we can facilitate it for you with no hassle.

If you would like to return the product it must be done so within 30 days of receiving it in unused and sellable condition. Unlike online parts dealers, we do not charge ANY restocking fees and truly offer FREE RETURNS.

Q: I need a part that I do not see in your catalog, do you have it?

Yes! Most parts are available, not all are listed. We are working to get our catalog completely up to date. If you do not see something that you need, contact us directly and we are more than happy to help you out!

Q: What is your Privacy Policy? Am I safe to shop on ExhaustDR.com?

We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers so we can find your order if you ask us about it, so we can tell you when your order ships, and so you can use our auto fill feature instead of typing your address on every order. We do not store credit card numbers.

We do not telemarket. We do not sell, rent or share customer information. We may use your email address to tell you about discounts, promotions, newsletters or other events. Each email offers the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list with one click.

No! We do not ship to the State of California--no exceptions! However, if you are a resident in the State of California and your vehicle is licensed outside of the State of California, we can still ship to you! Contact us before ordering so we can ensure that you indeed are not licensing in the State of California!

Q: I live in New York State and/or Maine, can I buy and install your part?

Yes! NY State & Maine residents may install our parts and pass their smog tests as long as their vehicle is not a CALIFORNIA EMISSION MODEL. Please confirm this with your local dealer by providing them with your VIN#!

Q: I want to buy more than one part for my car; is there any discounts?

Absolutely! We offer volume discounts. Contact us directly for discounts when ordering more than one part. We are more than happy to serve you in the best way possible!

Q: I got my part in the mail and it is the wrong one, what should I do?

Mistakes do happen, and we want to get to the bottom of it immediately! We know buying car parts is a time sensitive purchase and resolving it ASAP is the only way to make things right.

First send us your VIN# in order to ensure the correct item was purchased. If it wasn’t, we will facilitate a replacement for you immediately.

If for any reason the wrong item was purchased, do not worry, we accept returns on all unused items within

30 days of receiving it with ZERO restocking fee.

If the correct item was purchased according to your VIN# and the wrong item was received, we can either send a replacement ASAP or send a return shipping label to get the wrong part back for a full refund.

Q: My mechanic tried to install your part, but it won't fit. What should I do?

 Once again, make sure that you indeed ordered the correct item for your vehicle. If you are sure it is the correct item ordered, and yet, the item cannot be installed, contact us immediately to resolve this issue with an expedited replacement to get your car back on the road! Simply contact us with the issue and your VIN# and we will get the correct part for you no questions asked.

Q: I ordered the wrong part; Can I exchange it?

Absolutely! We offer a hassle-free replacement service. Simply visit our Returns & Replacements Portal to initiate a request. All requests are answered and facilitated within 24HRS. We waive all restocking fees on your return and simply only charge you for the replacement shipping!

Q: I returned the item and tracking shows you got it; how long before I receive my refund?

When we send a refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please contact us immediately by chat or by email at returns@exhaustdr.com if you haven’t received your confirmation email. If you have not received the refund after receiving our email, please contact your bank for any issues. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. We can definitely help you with any follow up details requested by your bank.

Q: Where does my refund money go?

When we process a refund, it gets put back on to your original payment method, i.e. PayPal, credit card, or debit card.

Warranty

Catalytic Converters Warranties:

Catalytic Converters are emission control devices which are designed to last the life of the vehicle and do not normally require replacement. Furthermore, if the vehicle is properly used and maintained, original converters are covered by the emission control warranty for 8 years or 80,000 miles. Federal law prohibits repair businesses from replacing these devices except under certain limited circumstances. In order to verify that proper circumstances exist, the owner of the vehicle should first consult with their technician to ensure that your part indeed needs changing.

Our catalytic converters are warrantied for 5 years/50 000 miles. This is a comprehensive warranty which covers the body and other external defects. It warranties against check engine lights and guarantees your emission or smog test pass! There is NO warranty on converters that are melted, broken, overheated, or physical damages. We do not cover installation and or issue labor refunds. All items ship in perfectly working condition. Please see our info section as to why converters fail and what to do to prevent damaging your new product. WARRANTY IS FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY NOT REFUND!

Exhaust Pipes & Mufflers Warranties:

The manufacturer warrants that all ExhaustDR products are free from defects. Most of our exhaust products are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the exhaust products are not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed. All exhaust pipes, mufflers, and resonators carry a 1 Year or 20 000 miles warranty.
